Venting Wanting to CTB but someone alread did it in my family, plus I have Thanatophobia.

My cousin sucessfully CTB a month and a half ago, at first I had gave up to do it too. But honestly, I don't want to live anymore.
I shoud had died when I was a kid, I tried to live a good life and now I don't want it anymore.

I have Thanatophobia specially die while sleeping, it's something that I struggle to the point to give me panic attacks, the thought of process how it is to no exist anymore makes me panic.

I don't know how to solve it. I need to die but I am frightened of everything about it.

I am choosing a method, right now. Probably it would be the same my cousin used (SN), I think May next year it's a good deadline.
