Sadly, feel stuffed up and no appetite but feel can't eat. I just have few days left, my body is failing me, may do partial hanging but it's tough

I think you should try laxatives if you want to succeed with Sn,if i were you,i would seek medical help to clear the constipation,thereafter i'll not eat anything else,fast then start my Sn regime.

My family will just send me to mental hospital if I don't succeed. Can't sleep can't ear, but thinking I Kat try to fast and SN but that is probably bad news?

I have to just commit, my stomach just grumbles feel to weak to shit. I'm basically bed ridden because of sleep issues and thexmeds they put me on.

I got no place to go right now, I think determined partial hanging might be my only out, getting constipated because I have insomnia. I wish I had a bullet, things are real bad.
