Hello everyone,

I am French, I registered on this site because I am lost. I really want to end it, I have been depressed for 10 years but I had never felt the urge to leave. But since last July I have developed lupus which is ruining my life on many levels. I no longer have the strength, I want to leave but I don't know how, I really can't hold on anymore.

I imagine that must be really dreadful, it's so cruel to me how there's all this suffering in existing. But anyway I hope you find the peace you search for, best wishes.

Yes it is difficult I want to leave but as painlessly as possible. I have heard about carbon monoxide but I am afraid of not succeeding with the method. No one helps me to free myself from this pain. I suffer every day I want to leave but I do not know how. I try to ask for help for this but I do not find it fair that we are not helped to shorten a suffering that is enormous

Do you know about death by plant poisoning? Is it quick? Do you have to take something to not feel the pain? I would really like to leave in the most gentle way possible.
