i don't even feel like a human anymore. i'm so cold and numb. i cant even cry but inside i'm screaming for the torment to stop. i've let everyone who believed and cared about me down and now i'm just fucking alone. everything is my fault i'm a fucking burden. i despise myself, i'm disgusted and fucking hate myself. useless piece of shit. fuck you.

If it makes you feel a bit better, I am in the same situation, so you're not alone. I even smell of misery even though I shower. Chronic illness.. my hair is falling out in clumps. I am only happy during my sleep. waking up has been a nightmare recently.
