I might have recently found a source for a variety of controlled substances which made me seriously consider a barbiturate OD. After a bit of research the only options that appear to be obtainable are two kinds of phenobarbital. Either 100mg tablets or a solution meant for injection, although the probability that I can actually get my hands on the solution seems a bit lower.
Generally, IĀ“m not sure if I could keep it down without a strong antiemetic.
Regarding the tablets, I donĀ“t know how I could take 200 in one sitting. Would it help to crusch them and mix them with water? Or would that make it even harder because of taste or something?
Regarding the solution, I can imagine drying the substance to try to get a pure powder I could fill into capsules. Alternatively I might try drinking the ~100ml I would need to get a 20g dose.
Do any of you have experience with phenobarbital? Or with obtaining barbiturates in a dealer-kind-of-setting? Is it even realistic to get large amounts of phenobarbital "for recreational use"? Would I need an antiemetic and should I try getting some from the same source?
