Hello everyone, I'm new to this site ^^

I'm European and have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, for which I've been hospitalized four times in recent years.

Lately, I've been fantasizing more and more about medication. I know it's not recommended, but with the right medication, it can work.
My last attempt, which led to my hospitalization, was an oxazepam overdose totaling 1.4 g, combined with alcohol and phenobarbital.
Of course, I didn't die, and it made me completely delirious.
My life wasn't even in danger; I could still breathe normally.

I think I've learned from my mistake, and here's a combination that, in my opinion, could be fatal:
- 3 types of benzodiazepines (oxazepam, alprazolam, bromazepam… of course, midazolam would be ideal, but it's impossible to get in my country)
- a non-cardioselective beta-blocker: my choice > propranolol
- phenobarbital
- an opioid: I'm thinking of oxycodone or buprenorphine, or a black-market opioid
- I'll try to get an anesthetic like sodium thiopental or propofol

And of course, antiemetic treatment
with a dopamine antagonist: metoclopramide, as well as a 5HT3 serotonin antagonist like ondansetron

I already have benzodiazepines, beta-blockers, and antiemetics on hand
Opioids and anesthetics will be much harder to find

So,
what do you think of this combination?
I have connections in the medical field, so I might be able to get this medication even though it's hard to find.
Thanks to everyone for your replies ^^

Sorry you didn't get replies. There's a lot of posts on this forum so they can kind of get lost like a busy email inbox unless there's been a recent reply..

I have no idea about these meds but I think you might get more traction if you ask specific questions on threads related to the meds you asked about.

When you create a thread, you can put a key word like 'benzodiazepine' in the title, which will pull up existing threads that talk about this. This helps reduce the amount of redundant questions/convos - as people have likely already asked & shared about what we want to post about.

Then perhaps you can reply to someone that has been researching or has experience with something similar to your method?
There's also threads on here of people who have tried certain methods & survived - really valuable to learn from!

Hope this helps & all the best to you 🙏🏼
