Using Duct Tape to Suffocate

Is there a way to use duct tape as your sole method or to help with hanging?

I guess you could fashion some sort of a crude tourniquet if you wrap it around your neck enough. I don't recommend it. Duck tape could be useful in some sort of an assisted tourniquet a.k.a a "Night-Night Method".

Can almost imagine someone in a (desperate frenzy) taking the roll and wrapping it quickly around their face, being careful to cover mouth and nostrils evenly.
1-2-3 times around before suddenly reversing the struggle and panicking to peel it off in time.
Ouch!
