Story Update to my girlfriends suicide and planning my own

So since Halloween they have been looking into my girlfriends suicide we were holding out hope that something would come back from the toxicology report because we still believe she was spiked, turns out there was never one done police made me come down on new years day to give another statement and they said thats it sorry to say we'll never know what really happened that night, and now I'm just broken all over again I am not strong enough to live with this, I have been looking on here on the best way to hang myself I have tried before but I just end up having a panic attack right before, I have looked up nots and I think I can do it off my top window handles and just slide down to partially hang myself, if anyone has tried this method please let me know the best way to do it I've read if you do it right it'll make you pass put pretty quickly.

That's really terrible practice that no tox screen was done post mortem! Is that even acceptable from a legal standpoint?


With regards to hanging and partial, I tried with real commitment and its not pleasant. Long story short I just hurt myself and even after passing out somehow got out from partial. Left some marks and a pain in my throat and neck for some months afterwards. I know some manage it but I don't know how as I was determined. Regardless, I don't think it's a pleasant way to go at all.
