Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I usually sleep with sleep buds, playing thunder or nature sounds in my ear all night - seems to help somewhat for meOnce I sleep, I sleep well, without interruptions.
But I mostly wake up like a zombie, and right during the day my brain activates "somewhat".

Méh, I became a tank. I have barely been able to sleep for 6 months straight, about 1.5 hours a week, created by meds injury. Finally I can sleep again, but if I don't manage to do so, I don't immediately get stressed out. Thank you, I will start working on my sleep pattern again on January 1st and will spend less time on SaSu. I'm going to sleep.
