TW emetophobia/gross vomit talk

So a couple days ago I made the incredibly bright decision to drink a whole bottle of chardonnay in one night (idk was having a dumb breakdown moment and thought I could alcoholic mode when I don't have the tolerance for that). I threw up a couple times that night but nothing horrible, but the next day I was genuinely so ill. I couldn't keep anything down, to the point that I was retching straight bile and crying into the toilet for almost 24 hours. Technically a bad idea to take meto for me since it interacts negatively with my Quetiapine, but I couldn't take it anymore and couldn't eat or drink anything so I thought, fuck it, better than this hell. And within 40 minutes of taking 20mg, I felt SO much better. No more vomiting or nausea, able to actually eat, and my tummy barely hurt anymore. So, if you were concerned that meto wouldn't do anything, I can ensure you it most definitely does. Highly recommend! Don't skip this if you want a totally peaceful SN death!!!! And worth it to avoid a hospital trip that night :,) I am quite dumb of ass, truly

How do u get the meto
Hi. While I can't tell you how to get it, unfortunately, I thought I're realte an experience I had trying to get it from an online pharmacy in the Hope's it might be instructive on what *not* to do.

Because I'd read that Meto can help with both migraines and accompanying nausea, that's what I told the online doc I was dealing with. But he said that, because curing migraines is an "off-label" use of Meto, he did not want to prescribe it. And he suggested I try another med altogether.

So, I'd suggest to anyone trying to get Meto that they not do what I did. I think it's mainly used for some kind of gastro illness, but I was afraid the doc might try to check further if I said that was my issue.

One can reportedly obtain it in Mexico without a prescription, and a 90 day supply of it can be brough into the U.S. because it's FDA approved. But that, of course, would involve a whole 'nother ball of wax.

My mental health care coordinator was talking with my gp about getting me on Meto but i just didn't care that much about it, can Olanzapine work instead

That I don't know. You might want to Google what the differences/similarities are. I found the following statement on a web page for the National Library of Medicine: Conclusions: Olanzapine was significantly better than metoclopramide in the control of breakthrough emesis and nausea in patients receiving highly emetogenic chemotherapy.

That sounds encouraging, except that we wouldn't be dealing with chemotherapy.
