No. Tramadol isn't a normal opioid. It increases serotonin instead of dopamine, like a normal opioid would. This means you'll probably give yourself serotonin syndrome if combined with another serotonin-increasing drug. SS may kill you, but it's extremely painful and doesn't kill you quick.
Doses over 200mg will give you a high risk of seizures.
