Venting Tramadol takes away my SI but makes me sick

If only I would choke on being sick while asleep tonight!
No suicidal thoughts today but spent the whole evening being sick.

Fuck life!!!

After 2 years of taking it it still made me have an improved mood, seemed persistently helpful for me.

I took 3 tablets of tramadol thinking that it will calm me down (not like alot like benzos). I still wanted to have control and not mess up my attempt.

Boy oh boy was that an uncomfortable day, spent thw next few hours with intense nausea and feeling like my heart would throw up. However, after the first hour it my symptoms calmed and I felt 50/50 (calm and sick). From now on, alcohol is going to be my depressant.

Interesting, i never thought people would have a reaction like that to that dosage. People really have different biological reactions.
