I'm thinking of doing my makeup before i atleast want to look pretty maybe something blue to match my lips and my nails :)
today's the happiest and the most alive I've felt in years i wish everything goes perfectly as planned

Making up before CBT with SN helps to boost confidence to do it right to the end, as it does with other CBT methods, no doubt about that. It's lovely that she thought ahead and chose blue colors in her make up to match the blue tinge of her nails and lips with the onset of cyanosis shortly before death, due to the blood being deprived of oxygen. She knew what would happen and prepared accordingly. Maybe I should do that when I CBT, as I believe not just SN but other substances cause such blueness. Her breathing would have become difficult then before loosing consciousness and I imagine she has successfully departed from this life.
