I had a bad panic attack today in front of so many people. I was shaking and crying and couldn't even form a normal sentence anymore. It was so f#cking humiliating. I wish I could just never go there again but that's not an option. I hate myself so much.

If people were less judgemental and more accepting, you wouldn't even consider that such a big deal besides you being in discomfort enough to cry.
