Today I actually feel...okay?

It's only 9:00 so it might get worse again, but so far this is the first day in a long, long time where I haven't had suicidal thoughts or urges to self harm. Absolutely nothing has happened to trigger me. I don't really know why I'm on this forum today. It feels so....wrong. And alien.
