To die or not to die

i'm trying to give my doctor until spring to get my pain level down but when my pain goes too high usually between 12 hour doses morphine by the time I notice and take breakthrough meds it takes a couple hours to come back down that's when I have to fight does anyone else have this problem or should I just say screw it and not wait until spring

i'm here sometimes I want to ctb sometimes I want to live. so I come here when I think about it and go to a prolife site when I want to live/ most of the time I want to live. maybe I can get lucky where I won't ctb maybe i'll get run over by the bus going between sites
