My esteemed denizens of SS who have good understanding of biochemistry, medicine and pharmocology, can I ask you to have a look at this thread?
There are even a few scientific papers included, but my problem is that I lack the ability to "translate" what the papers say into a sense of what the method is like for the person trying it.
