hello, im just wondering how partial hanging from a doorknob is possible. is there any specific position your body needs to be in to put enough pressure on the neck? im looking into sitting and kneeling because from my test attempts, hanging intimidates me into standing up. I can't find any photos or videos to reference off of.

are there also any recommended ligatures I should use for partial hanging? i don't have any access to much things besides maybe an electrical wire and bedsheet
