Help Timer for calling?

Can I set a timer on my phone to call someone,
Let's say….
In an hour?
I have an iPhone 14 if that helps

I think you can do that with the shortcuts app

I'd use email Gmail has plugins for Auto delayed emails or snail mail. even with burner phone you risk of being geolocated and rescued with a high likelihood, and announcing plans without good cause just creates a trail or a record of intent that could come back to hunt you such as psychiatric commitment. Use with a GPS spoofing app to obfuscuate location, unless you want to be geo located/rescued if must pre announce. With a very very long timer in case of survival.
