Throwing up for a couple of days now. Antiemetics?

hello,
I've been throwing up every day and night recently. For unknown reasons. Haven't been doing well I guess. Very sad. Haven't eaten a proper meal it's been 2 days too.
I'm going to see my doctor this Wednesday, I think they want to diagnose me to see if I have any mental illness other than what I already have. I was thinking that while I'm at it, maybe it would be a great idea to get an antiemetics prescription when I actually have a viable reason to. Thought?

Couldn't hurt---You need to go to the emergency room, its not normal to throw up every day

You might be getting low on electrolytes. If you can try to take some electrolyte powder with potassium or some no salt (which is just potassium).

If you can't have a glass of water with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4th teaspoon baking soda.

I hope it goes well at the doctor and you find out what's wrong
