thread for tracking SN DSL orders to the US

since a lot of people end up asking or wondering about SN DSL tracking updates, total shipping time, potential complications, etc... wanted to make a thread in hopes we could share our experiences and progress (i.e. tracking updates) here, so less of us are left feeling in the dark about the process. not meant to be a formal resource, just a centralized thread for us to chat about it.

it seems experiences may vary based on nation so this is meant for people ordering to the US and from DSL specifically (don't ask for help with finding DSL here).

i'm curious to hear the tracking status of other people, as well as anyone from the US whose order was already successfully or unsuccessfully received.

as for myself: i ordered on 2/16 and received my tracking number on 2/17. as of today, i believe my package hasn't left the seller's nation yet (it says "Processed Through Facility"... but not departed? so i'm not sure). that has been the status since 2/19. will update with a reply when i see it change.

i've been following my shipping status on parcel for a while, since it translates the ukranian on the original mailing website for me. my sn was presented to customs on the 11th, then updated on the 15th and said "Located at customs: Customs formalities are carried out".

@walliwalli i think you might be looking at usps instead of the ukranian postal service, since that's the usps update for my tracking number. it probably only updates when it comes to the us.

OOPS. you're right. i didn't know parcel was a thing but i just downloaded it, thank you.

looks like my last status is item presented to customs (2/19). haven't even gotten to your step yet, dang. i was mainly concerned about inbound customs in the US; i didn't think outbound customs would take so long.

you might have a different status than me if your sn gets released from customs faster. i've mostly been checking my update every now and then. i didn't expect that it would be held up more ukraine instead of the US either.

Ordered Feb 7. Received tracking info Feb 8. Order received today, February 24 via USPS. Paid with credit card. Communicated over WhatsApp entirely. The guy is efficient af, lol.

I ordered on the 4th and arrived on the 21st of the month. I think my order had some shipping issues but it still came fairly fast.

Mine went through Ukrainian customs at least the day it entered seemingly, but it did take 4 days after the tracking number was created to be updated as in customs, so it may have been longer, I'm not sure

If it helps I texted him quite a bit as it took a while to actually ship out and he seemed to be quite understanding and reassured me, so I doubt he'll get very annoyed with you. Maybe it might have to do with the war, that's what he told me with shipping, a lot of places don't have electricity, so maybe it's somewhere getting delayed; from what I heard if it gets stuck in customs he might work with you and try to ship out a new one for you though, I'd say it's worth giving it a try at least if it's been stuck in customs for a week or something to try to talk with him on it.

Mine has been stuck on "in transit to final facility" for like 2 days. It would get stuck for a couple days in other places also. I hate watching it snail its way on.
