thoughts on my plan

hi guys, i am planning on doing the PPH SN protocol, but in a pool. either standing in the shallow end, or floating on something easy to fall off of like noodles or inner tube, that way when i become unconscious i for sure at least drown. i'm way too scared of a accidentally surviving an attempt

• Fast (clear fluids only) for several hours
• Take 30mg (3x10 mg) tablets of metoclopramide
• +/- 400mg crushed propranolol in water
• Wait 40 minutes
• During the weight time, dissolve 25gm of sodium nitrite in 50 - 100 ml of plain water

Crush 20 x 30mg tablets (a full card of oxazepam) with mortar & pestle ( i'm using 30mg clonzapam instead )

• Mix crushed tablets with enough water until a drinkable solution is created
• Drink sodium nitrite in water
• Drink oxazepam (+/- propranolol) in water

Check farewellwiki.org for more info, it's more detailed there, i don't know what will happen if you use SN with drowning or something, i never see someone doing this, you should search for it to see if it's safe. Hope you can find your peace @suicidalsadie
