i feel like thoughts of killing myself any time I want calm me down. i don't have any issues in life, but the thought of suicide is always there. it suddenly appeared when I was 15 and has been with me ever since. it really worked for me as a coping mechanism and i got rid of my anxiety this way. anyone in a similar situation?

The thought of non existence is the only comfort in this hellish world. To die solves all problems after all and there are no disadvantages to being dead. This existence won't even be a distant memory for me once I'm gone.
Turning straight to suicide as a coping mechanism isn't helpful. Please, try to find a more healthy coping mechanism, or fix the problems in your life.
when there's a stressful situation happening I always think about killing myself, because if I'm dead then I don't have to deal with shitty people and process the negative emotions those shitty people gave me…
