This sore throat is killing me!

I've been sick with a sore throat for the past couple of days and it is one of the worst pains imaginable. I haven't felt this much pain in a while and I can't take it anymore. The worst thing about this is that my birthday is coming up and I'm supposed to be going out. I know that I got sick from the kids at my job and I'm in so much pain. This is also making me waste the time that I have in this life before I die. I can't deal with this anymore!

I've been sick for the past couple of days as well and my abdomen and chest ache and throb from all the coughing. Living is truly painful and miserable.
