Yes it can be lethal.
It's routinely used in "lethal injection" executions along with other drugs.
I think it's fairly peaceful as well.

Highly effective but extremely difficult to get. Many govts can't even get it. IV route has done with other medications and also even administered on its own. So yes it is very effective and they use between 2-5g of it for that purpose. If done orally, it would need to be significantly more due to poor absorption.

It was her report that made me focus on rectal administration, and now use an opioid nitazene in combination. Isn't it probable that the product this person used had long since expired, since there were doubts over the purity as well.
