Yeah they are trying to dox me. Now you know why I've been protecting my privacy. Groups like FT26 claim we are anonymous because we are hiding. Well, when you have mentally unstable people out there who swallow Tantacruls dangerous misinformation without fact-checking the slanderous claims, that's kind of necessary. These people want to destroy my life as a direct result of that video, it's as simple as that. The people who oppose this forum, FT26 and friends, know that's the only way to defeat the forum. That's why they have been trying to intimidate and harass me for months, trying to scare me into submission.

I'm not worried though, /pol isn't exactly the smartest place on the internet. But what encourages them even more to go after me is the fact that I'm trans because /pol isn't the most trans-friendly space out there and they're known to harass and bully trans people. And trans people have ended their lives as a result of such harassement campaigns in the past. They also do repulsive things like this.

I have made the forum temporarily private to ensure the protection of my team. I'm not concerned about my privacy at all. I took appropiate measures to protect myself a long time ago. I grew up with the internet. I wouldn't be so naive to leave a trail of identifying information on the internet, especially in my current position.

This is the most ironic fucking thing ever. 4chan is the goddamn asshole of the internet, and that thread is perfectly emblematic of the vile excrement that continues to spew forth unabated from it. The worst people I've ever come across there (not that I've used the site for eons) are far worse than the worst here. People here might be really fucked up, but at least any "harm" they cause is incidental; the wretches of 4chan intend to deliberately bring this harm about as their goal. Disgusting.

@WhiteRabbit there probably was at one point, given it was the only actual rule on the site not to post it (or maybe there were two, can't recall). They probably had to instate that rule for a reason. There's a lot of diversity on the site in terms of content and users, like here, but my previous paragraph stands.

I was admittedly surprised that 4chan would touch this given their own and well documented proclivity for wishing death on others, but the bulk of their userbase loves to judge/belittle others bc they refuse to admit how powerless they themselves feel (imho).

I will say this though: based on my quick look at the comments which were rife with racism and anti-trans sentiment, there was a surprising self awareness in that they acknowledged that this site wasn't that big of a deal in light of the fact that they wish death on fellow users and those off-site on the daily. They further raised Health Canada's (now tabled) decision on expanding grounds for physician assisted suicide.

I will never understand the logic behind doxxing bc it rarely if ever achieves the intended aims. I appreciate they love to be petty and shame others just for kicks, but this is just sad, even for 4chan.

I went there once years ago to see what all the fuss was about and just saw a bunch of losers calling each other slurs. I can see that from the recent thread about this site that nothing has changed.

In my two years of being on here, I've never seen anyone encourage another to end their life. I feel like the tantracrul video cherry picked a few posts and failed to mention how many people on here, myself included, have actually encouraged others to keep trying, to exhaust every possible avenue of treatment or self improvement before taking the final plunge.
