Hey everyone :)
So I have been getting a lot of messages about my method to CTB, which is to use Isotonitazene. I wanted to make this thread to explain what it is and how it works.
I want to give back to this forum is some way before I CTB. I hope someone can make use of this info to leave peacefully :)

What is it?
Isotonitazene is a synthetic opioid first synthesized in the 1950s as an attempt to develop safer, more potent opioid analgesics,
but it was never approved for medical use anywhere in the world. It belongs to the 2-benzylbenzimidazole class of compounds,
which are structurally distinct from fentanyl analogues, and acts as a potent full mu-opioid receptor agonist, making it highly effective
at producing analgesia and euphoria. It is estimated to be 1000 times more potent than morphine and approximately 3.7 to 1500 times more potent than fentanyl.
How it works?
Isotonitazene is a synthetic opioid that functions as a full agent at the ÎĽ-opioid receptor (MOR), meaning it binds to and activates these receptors throughout the brain and body, producing effects such as euphoria, relaxation, pain relief, and slowed breathing. It severely depressing the central nervous system, primarily by slowing and eventually stopping breathing.
Why is this a good CTB method?
First, this substance is 2-3 times if not more potent then Fentanyl. Once taken you will go unconscious almost immediately when ingested.
There is no pain, no need to worry about swallowing anything, unless taken orally. You do not need to worry about throwing up or mixing anything.
Also, one of the major reasons this is such a good CTB method is because the drug Naloxone, which is used to stop Fentanyl overdoses is not strong enough
for Isotonitazene, You need ALOT to come back. You only need a VERY VERY small amount to OD on. 2-5 MGs will do the job. Most high tolerance users
only use 20-30 UGs NOT even MGs.
Where to buy it?
Currently, I have only found it through Dark web markets. Its cost around $100 per gram which is WAY MORE then enough :)

Like SN, this slows down breathing till you die from the lack of oxygen your brain gets and go unconscious. I believe this method is better then SN for the following reasons.
1. You do not have to worry about mixing anything.
2. You do not have to worry about a salty taste in your mouth or if you will throw it up.
3. It is pretty much an instant death for someone with 0 tolerance to synthetic opiates.
4. Super cheap and easy to source.
