But it could never be a joke as many people have died from it. I've never really understood the need to make news articles about suicide. After all, we will all die one day and death is really nothing special, death emphasises how insignificant we are as humans. We only exist just to die and be forgotten about. It's our only true purpose as humans after all. I try to stay away from any news articles about suicide as a lot of them push the whole suicide is tragic idea and have suicide hotlines at the bottom. That type of thing is annoying to me. I cannot stand anti suicide people.
To me SN does sound unpleasant but compared to many other methods it really doesn't sound so bad. I envy those who are gone as they cannot suffer anymore. Non existence really is ideal.
