Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

One thing I don't see people mention often is that you can do it in the morning. Most people sleep about 8hrs so that should cover you fasting needs. You may have to wait an hour or two at most if you are taking other stuff to help with the process but this way you don't have to go through the whole fasting process as you've already slept through it :)

That's what I'm thinking about too. Some would suggest to fast for a longer period overall, because the stomach isn't as active during sleep. I think 12h would do the trick? And having something nutritious that doesn't take much time for digestion, as a last meal. I don't know what I would plan as my last meal yet, but definitely not meat.

I think the fasting is also so that you go unconscious faster, if nitrite is absorbed into food then it's diluted with the food then the body might absorb the nitrite into the blood stream slowly and you might take a longer time to have enough nitrite in the blood to work it's magic and might end up experiencing the symptoms of hypoxia more... just my opinion I'm not really sure
Oh, I was trying to say "the food that satiates you well", and couldn't think for a better term at the moment. I guess you could say satiating food. The kind of food that would stave off the hunger for long enough. I think that both chips and chocolate bars are good enough for this purpose. I kind of dislike chips because of the shitty sour aftertaste. I wouldn't eat them even if they weren't cost any money.
I had the same reaction but this was when i was in the hospital for gastroparesis they gave me the lowest dose to stop throwing up never again. took 3 days to subside felt shaky and couldn't sleep. This is why im not using meto only gunna make a back up drink in case i throw up
