I haven't done shit today but work. Probably grab a 6 on the way home and shoot some pool or something.

I went to group therapy today. Got a cheesesteak and fries from Great Steak on my way home

I cried earlier today due to the stress of being a parent and a wage slave. Then tonight I got into a fight with my partner and he's sleeping at his mom's house tonight.
A couple nice things happened too, I took a long soak in the bath tub and read about the teachings of Ramana Maharshi.
Not all is darkness and I want things to be better for everyone.

I've been alone at home most of the day. My son's grandmother picked him up this morning before I started work and is bringing him back in a few minutes. My partner hasn't said much about him leaving last night.
I'm not sure when he will be back if at all.

Thinking about how my happiest moments was being a NEET and playing games all day.

I hate having a 9-5 and being a slave for the majority of my waking hours and I honestly think I could be happy if I had enough money to retire right now.

My only wish is to achieve permanent escapism is that too much to ask?

My happiest moments were as a kid when I had nothing to worry or be depressed about

So I had a mushroom induced OBE lastnight. I dunno how many I ate but it was a heaping handful. I was tripping throughout the night but when I laid down it really got weird.

I closed my eyes but I could still see as if they were open. I felt my consciousness float above my body and I could see myself laying there. It was like my consciousness was a balloon and I was tethered to my body by a "string" that was attached just above my naval.

I couldn't move my body at all during the experience but it wasn't scary. It felt like it lasted for about an hour before I floated back down into my body. I ended up falling asleep not long after but it was a pretty wild experience.

It was pretty wild and I can't find the words to describe it entirely. When I was floating there it felt as if I was in "freefall." Like I said it wasn't scary though, and I'd love to experience it again!

I've never experienced anything like that. Some find it odd and telling that OBEs seem to follow a common experience. There does appear to be commonalities in the way people experience such things that is interesting.

I think there was something to it because I've done alot of drugs in my life but I've never experienced that before.

I think you are very lucky to have had such an interesting experience. I've never really had anything like that. The most woo experience I've had was predicting the future with certainty. Twice!

Neither really, just interesting. Both electrical and not what you might expect. Both made me think about the fluid nature of time.

Birthday is almost over. It was ok. I'm a little disappointed in my friends in a different state who I spent a month with in therapy. I thought they were all gonna message me happy birthday but only 2 of them did :( some friends the rest are and I saw them all online so they could've said happy birthday
