Met with a psychologist today, and had to write out what are some things that are worth living for. Ended up with only 3 things.

1. Mom would be sad(lol)
2. There might be a God, and suicide = hell :(
3. The sheer nerve required to pull the trigger

what are yalls reasons to live

2. Loved ones will be sad
3. Dying eliminates the possibility of improvement in circumstances

To me There is no reason to live . i haven't attempted to kill myself only because of fear of failure and remaining alive with brain damage

1. Wondering if a miracle happens and I can live the life I want to
2. People talking shit and saying things like I saw this coming
3. Some desire to just push through no matter what to try to make it all mean something

Nothing, I don't wish to suffer in this cruel, torturous existence at all rather I only want to never exist ever again, I'd always prefer to die than prolong this suffering just to be tortured by old age, only non-existence could ever be desirable to me no matter what, only non-existence can solve what the true problem is for me personally is which is existence itself. I only continue to suffer as I lack the means to free myself from this existence in peace which always feels so horrible, there's so much pain in how I'm trapped in this existence I never would have chose, I'm always wishing to fall into an eternal, dreamless sleep but really I wish I could erase my existence so it's like I never suffered all.
