Can you take a picture of your hands in the right position Kooz? Or with the bags in the right position? This pictures doesn't seem informative enough for me. I want to know for sure how to do it. Thanks for
your hard work and clarifications.

I think this explains things perfectly - also the functions of partial hanging.

Now most probably the method I will go with.

Thanks a lot!!

Edit: Once I got it right, it was almost a frighteningly pleasant sensation. Gotta be quick to stop yourself in time.

I was unconscious for at least a minute or two during partial hanging. That pleasant sensation becomes even more pleasant, extremely pleasant, and you also begin a very intense dream. I had a dream that I was falling through a very colorful void with foreign music playing in the background.

This post was highly productive. I will consider this, however Sodium Nitrite is a bit more attractive to me, if not both simultaneously.

That's where the erotic asphyxiation comes into play. The pleasant feeling of it.

But this isn't for pleasure. I'm going to practice it once and then once I get it down right in wI'll ctb afterwards.

Hey everyone,

Been talking to a lot of people in the chat and trying to explain this method, and one user wanted me to make a post about it, so here goes everything.

We're going after a classic idea of using a blood choke, except, it will be against ourselves. In the privacy of our own homes. In a fully relaxed state.

This method is fully capable and will kill you very fast. I know this because it's what we were taught in the Marine Corps.

First, you're going to want some Gorilla tape OR a tree ratchet.

Second, get two Sackhole/Cornhole bags.

Now, depending on what you're using, you'll want to lie on the ground and put the bags on these two exact areas on your neck (In blue).

face.jpg

The reason we're lying on the ground is that we want to be able not to have to fuss over putting the bags on us and making sure they don't fall out of place before we use the ratchet or the tape. You're putting the bags on these two areas to go after the internal carotid arteries.

Start cinching the ratchet closed or wrap the tape around your neck once. Is everything feeling good? I'm glad. If not, then uncinch it a little and place the bags. You want to make sure that you're not compressing the windpipe as that could cause you to freak out a little.

We want this to be painless and fast.

After you're comfortable, sit down if you want to or stand up. Do whatever you want honestly. Start wrapping the tape around your neck more and a little tighter or start closing the ratchet more.

In about 5-20 seconds you will pass out. After that, it's pretty much game over unless you somehow hit the ratchet release. That's why I said we could also use tape as well. With the gorilla tape, it will make sure that you don't inadvertently try to tear the tap off... because it will be strong as hell around your neck.

After you pass out, it will only take a few minutes, and you will be brain dead from the complete lack of blood flow to your brain.

I think I've explained this pretty well and I hope you guys understand the method. If not, please don't hesitate and I'm sure that I can help you out or someone else in the community can help you out.

I saw the visual of this, in MMA this is called the "Rear Naked Choke," in order to see how effective it is, look at "Miesha Tate submits Holly Holm," the latter fighter was still punching by the time she fell unconscious.

Exactly! The rear naked choke is the same as the blood choke. Just different names. The reason we differentiated the two in the military was you either do a "Blood Choke" or an "Air Choke."

Blood Choke - The enemy is awake for at max 10 seconds.
Air Choke - The enemy is awake for a while. You're not able to cut off enough air fast enough, so you're just slowly choking them over time.

The big thing I want to point out that they pointed out in the Marine Corps video, you want to have your Elbow basically under their chin or pointing right at their elbow. Why is this important to remember?

Because in our use, we want to make sure that we have equal pressure going to both arteries so that we can make sure that there is no blood going to the brain. That's why we're using the ratchet or the tape on top of the padding. We're forming basically two arms that are going around our neck to execute a rear naked choke/blood choke against ourselves.

So the idea of looking at the MMA videos or any videos of rear naked chokes is a perfect idea because the idea is the same. Hell, even look at videos where people failed to lock one in because they did it incorrectly to their opponent.

Also, keep in mind that everyone has a different size neck, so you're going to have to find your sweet spots!

On top of that, we used to call it "Night-Night" in the Marine by the way (For the choke). MCMAP (Marine Corps Martial Arts Program) is the last form of defense against a terrorist. You're executing these moves to kill an opponent, and you want to do it as fast as possible.

Two huge videos to help you out:

Kooz, what if I can't find the sweet spot? Can I just get the bags, put the ratchet strap over them, and then tighten the strap? Are the bags big and heavy enough to be eased down onto the right spot if I just position them close enough? Without finding the sweet spot can I still die this way?

I would watch the videos to make sure that you can find your arteries first. Then play around with the padding placement and the ratchet or tape.

Also, to future people reading this thread, if you haven't read every post before this specific one, then please make sure you read everything!

We're trying to all help out each other and make sure that everyone is educated so that they can have a nice fast exit.

Watch all videos, and take notes if you have to.

You don't have to squeeze your neck. Pull out your left hand. Sit straight. Face directly in the front. Use your thumb and the left index and middle fingers joined together to form a U shape. place your left thumb on the left side of your neck and the combination of index and middle fingers on the right side of the neck. Look for a blob that pulses. It should be a little above the adam's apple on either side of the neck. When you feel that pulse, push it inside to compress the blob. This blob is called the carotid sinus. If you do it right, you will feel dizzy and your vision will begin to fade after 5 seconds. If nothing happens in 5 seconds, you are doing it wrong. Keep experimenting till you do it right. And it works better if you have a lean and thin neck. I took around 15 minutes to find the sweet spot.
My neck is too fat.......ugh......

True. For me I eat very low carb. mainly meat and don't eat passed 12 in the afternoon. Meat keeps me fairly satiated aswell. Seems I need to lose a little weight to make this easier to be on the safe side.

I tried using this method but couldn't find my sweet spots. I did have pulsating sensation when the ratchet was tightened. I did want to tighten some more but not able to. I do like that this method can be done in a more relaxed manner (e.g. lying on your bed) than partial. But it seems harder for me to lose consciousness.

Must I sit up when doing this method instead of lying down on my bed? But if i sit up, the cornbags will fall down..

If the padding is falling down then it might not be tight enough as said in my earlier posts.

You could combine both methods though and tape the bags around once or twice and then use the ratchet if they're falling out.

Also, it looks like Prime used this method to CTB this morning. No activity since 5:25 am.

Yep, it will just have to come down to a waiting game I guess. If he did pass, I hope that everything went well for him.

Also with hotel rooms, don't forget to put a do not disturb sign out front heh.

Can a thin towel be used around the neck or does it have to be thick padding? I'm thinking of combining this with partial since I got a ratchet strap

Are you sure about this method? I've heard that once you are losing oxygen your unconscious body will flail and claw in the effort of getting oxygen?

He was taught this in the army so i think he has plenty experience in knowing if this will work or not but that's a good question.

It was the Marines actually. You might flail if it's not fully clamped down or you didn't tighten the tape just enough. In my experience though, everyone we ever choked out during training went completely limp.

That's another reason I called it "Night Night". You're shutting off the switch and going to bed.

As for the towel thing by the way, as long as you fold it so it's not flimsy and able to stay together (Maybe tape around the folded towels?) you should be fine. You just have to play around a little and see what works for you and your neck.

That makes sense. I've only seen people flail trying to get loose from a choke hold right before passing out. I've never seen someone flail while being out.
