Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I've pretty much always been reluctant to do certain things. Mainly domestic chores but- I used to somehow force myself. I think I must have seen enough reason to still do them back then. Things have been going downhill the past year or so to such a reluctant level that it's just awful. It's both- an unpleasant environment to live in and it's an uphill struggle to improve it.

I think that's a big bad symptom of ideation really- that I find myself thinking so often- I hate this. Why am I doing it? It's usually to ensure things get no worse. It may bring me some benefit but, not enough to make the task feel worth the effort. But- how do we even overcome that? If the 'reward' doesn't warrant the effort? Simply put, the equation doesn't balance. Logically speaking then- why is it so hard for people to accept we don't want to participate anymore?
