Sorry, and don't worry, the spaghetti monster in the sky righteous God sent me on a treadmill, a feared torture device, and ordered me to run 4 miles at 6 mph as a punishment. Walking wasn't allowed.


(these figures include 3-minute cool down - so I ran 7.2 kms (4.5 miles ) in 44 min. (6.1 mph.)

I'm 36F and had spent extremely sedentary life until last September, and my record was 2.7 miles (4.3 kms) at 5.5 mph (8.8 km/h), so it was such a divine retribution
Keeping my peak heart rate for 20+ minutes is not fun.

In order to make me be in a rodent's shoes, the worst war criminal God turned me into a gym rat, and is using me as his guinea pig for his state-of-the-art exercise therapy. I've been tortured on a treadmill every day by Doc the Almighty, whose slogan is "If you're going through hell, keep going."

That's impressive. And you have beautiful handwriting. It seems you and my hamster have much in common, running, running, running endlessly on the treadmill or in a hamster wheel. Never moving forward, always staying in the exact same spot. 'If you're going through hell, keep going' is aptly put.
