  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

Hi everyone. I have a terrible disease - ME/CFS. I hardly get up, I lie all day in a dark room, I can't do anything. There is no treatment, my relatives are constantly trying to put me in a psychiatric hospital. It hurts a lot and it only gets worse. Ordered SN. They promise to bring it next week.
Yes, me, dying painfully, lonely and slowly. Why would anyone try to put you in a psychiatric hospital? ME/CFS is a valid physical illness?

I have the exact same thing, you might want to communicated with others in SS that have chronic illnesses. There is a Discord on the subject.

Yes, this is how we live and die. And nobody cares

I think this forum is full of ME/CFS sufferers
I think so too. There's a lot of people here with strange or obscure diseases nobody can cure, much less sympathize with.

I'm sorry my friends. I wish there was less suffering in the world, less agony.

Thank you my friend; I wish there was a way for people who are so disabled and suffering with no cure or end to pain to have a peaceful ending. Yes, they say people are living longer, but in my job, I just kept seeing more and more patients with unexplainable chronic diseases; all the more upsetting that increasingly younger people are subject to life altering pain before they even have a chance to experience life. Best wishes, and peace
