• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    šŸ‘‰ View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Dumb question but does anyone know how terrifying tachycardia is with SN? It is the part that is freaking me out the most. I know SN is considered to be a peaceful method but the symptoms do not sound that peaceful :/

From what I've read and considering the heart rates from case studies it shouldn't be worse than normal elevated heart rate from heavy exercise. Especially since SN also lowers your blood pressure.

I would imagine it to be similar to playing a horror game where you know a jumpscare is coming but not when or working out

It's the cardiac arrest from no longer taking propranolol that concerns me. Unless you pass out before cardiac arrest happens, won't the cardiac arrest be painful? Personally I would take the beta blockers because I already have heart problems with tachycardia but if I can't get my hands on it then then it sucks

One good way to get propranolol is to go to your psychiatrist and say you give speeches and have stage fright. I used to use propranolol all the time in college for this.
