• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

The SN bible megathread (the OP's name escapes me I'm sorry but you can find it) shows an example of someone who emailed their doctor talking about indigestion and nausea, and the person said that their husband had a prescription for meto that they tried and it worked well. Doctor prescribed it without issue. It's what I'm gonna be trying. AE is my last roadblock and then I'm good to go assuming MDS is legit.

I'm gonna go to a walk in clinic that doesn't know me well just in case my doctor got wise to the AE/SN combo.
