Method Symptoms practicing partial

[Valsalva]

I' d like to analyse the order of symptoms. I am experiencing:
1. Pressure (jugulars)
2. Reduced hearing
3. Dizziness
4. Difficulties breathing
Then you would have to decide, if you go for full or step out.
Afterwards: No rope marks, little pain on adams apple, slight headache.
What are your experiences?

Tingling all over my body then strange whirring noises. After that I had small red marks where the belt had been and pain internally, esp swalling for a week or so.

Whoosing tingling deeling, kind of like lightheadedness, dizzyness, massive headache. When I get stressed I like to hide and press on my carotid, the symptoms tend to jar me from however I was feeling moments before. It doesn't last, and it will sometimes give me the worst of headaches, but, eh.

I forgot:
2.a. tingling lips
I had the rope below aa.
No problems to swallow.
A little hoarse speaking.
