Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I read the PPH and watched the videos and all: to me it seems impossible to survive 15 mg. Perhaps he would have passed away a few hours later, if he had not been found? And why did the office initiated a wellfare visit to his house? And which authority authorized to break down the door? I mean, what was going there in the first place?!

Can anyone tell me the medication interactions with N that could interfere with its efficacy? I'm on a lot of meds and I wonder what will harm and what will help. Thanks.

Antipsychotics can prolong comatose state.
Dependency on any substance that affects GABA neurotransmitters (benzo, barbiturates, gbl) can make N less effective.

Yeah, I tried to withdraw for 5-6 days. Couldn´t stand the outcoming symptoms. I´m on 150mg venlafaxine, 30mg mirtazapine and some natural sedatives. Does that count as significant?
In regard to the bitter taste of the N, a mouthwash called "Botot" numbs the tongue so the N is easier to take (perhaps whiskey would have the same effect?). FYI, six people that I know of on the Exit forum used N successfully between 2013 and 2015. Most used 12 to 15 grams and one used 18. Three lived alone, two went to a hotel and I don't know about one, but they all made sure they were undisturbed and had plenty of time. It took one person 3 to 5 minutes to fall asleep and 45 to exit. When they were gone, I either talked to a family member and/or read their obituaries. It was very sad.
Question: What is "meto"? Several people used Motilium/Domperidone for the antiemetic. One even used Dramamine.

Did any of these people specify their weight by any chance? The one who took 3 N probably weighed over 90KG(its recommended to take 3 N for someone over 90KG).
Also, I presume you are talking about this mouthwash?

You're very welcome :) Yes, to the mouthwash. I don't know their weight, sorry; but none of them were overweight, judging by their pictures. No one took 3 N. She had 18 grams of the powder, just to be extra sure, but no liquid. I've read that a person can take too much N, which can lead to nausea; but I believe the pph or Nitschke states that vomiting is rare.
Thanks for the reply, and no, I'm not a member now. For one thing, it costs about $80 for two years and when they decided to not let members contact each other, plus removing all earlier, valuable posts from the site - well, there didn't seem to be any point since I had all the info I needed and then could no longer be of help to anyone because we weren't allowed personal messages. This SS site is so much better and we have so much more freedom!

This is a medical article with some jargon on someone who survived 13g overdose. It doesnt say how much he weighed however it took a week to stabilize him. That gives an inkling of how fatal the stuff is. Fortunately there was no brain damage.
But on the other side of the same coin there may also be people who try to encourage attempts by giving false accounts of how easy and painless some methods are.

I dont, except when this forum ends up on television.
Thats way I try to educate myself.
With books not google.
And I go with best percentage, mathematics.
This. This. And This. I've typed out longer responses 4 times now and deleted all of them. Know yourself and know the drugs you take. Don't let anyone on SS or any other forum tell you how a drug will effect you. Research it yourself on some drug websites or even an online pharmacy site or Wikipedia. And even then you'll have some hard decisions to make. It's not like you can ask your family physician to help you kill yourself. And drugs don't always work like they're supposed to. But if this were Vegas and I had a 10 mg a day diazepam habit I'd still put 98% of my shit on winning with N.

You might want to stop drinking if you want N to work properly. And with your weight, 2N will be enough. BUT, you need to stop drinking alcohol, otherwise it will be pointless of a purchase and won't work as well.
You might want to stop taking that drug before ingesting N, otherwise it won't work. With your weight 2N will be enough, but you also need an anti emetic. So you don't vomit.
