The season affects my psyche. Last summer I tried to change my life, played sports and went to the doctors, but then it ended and my motivation too, I promised myself that I would not waste time. Now this summer is also ending and my motivation is gone, I went in for sports again and drank vitamins, but the desire to die still returned to me. Damn, it's so stupid that hormones affect the quality of life so much ... Tomorrow I go to work and write a letter of resignation, and again I promise myself not to suffer any more nonsense ...

I'm sorry you have to go through this. I believe that summer can have positive effects! From what you write you must live in the high north, can't you move further south where there's summer "almost all year long" if that would help you feeling better and you know what would help you personally. It's worth a try! It's just my opinion.

I live in Ukraine and I don't know when I can leave here because of the war. Yes, I get a little motivation in the summer, but not so strong as to change my country of residence because of it.
