I saw a video of a guy at a has station who committed suicide by cop and I'm considering this. Its just I don't want to traumatize anyone. But its easy and it seems to be 100% fatal

It's more reliable than ever since ICE has been ramped up :p

That was my thought as well. Trying to steal a gun from a cop, if it works I shoot myself, if not the cop shoot me anyways.

Hm, well I must say it does seem like a very reliable method, although I hear it less through people literally trying to take the gun from the cop and instead they do something such as commit a crime and when they run out of bullets and can't commit suicide as a result they just instigate the cop so that they can get shot by them instead. However, the issue with this thing is that you could end up getting others hurt despite how effective it is, and if you survive then you have a record and your life is even more screwed, which may drive you to commit suicide by yourself which is probably what you should've done in the first place.

All in all, it's best to try out other methods instead, but hey man it's an interesting method alright.

Leaving aside the various satirical memes, cops are trained to knock you out without killing you (this obviously doesn't mean they can't fail, but it's better to avoid it)

Yes sadly, although I'd never choose to die this way because I hate ICE. If OP is reading this, I know this method is tempting and honestly is very likely to work, but at the end of the day suicide should be a personal choice not controlled by others. If you really want to die, I think it's better by your own hands than by corrupt people who work for the corrupt government. Sorry to turn things political, but at the end of the day it's your choice, just sharing my thoughts.

I don't know how reliable it is but by watching videos looks like they unload the entire clip but the attackers usually die on the way to the hospital

Under almost all circumstances a cop would rather tase you than resort to lethal force. The only exception realistically is if you have smthn that presents immediate danger to the cop or another person, like a gun or a hostage situation. I've seen ppl point airsoft guns at cops and usually that does the trick. tho again you're much more likely to just get tased from a distance and apprehended.

at the risk of being brutally crass: it really depends on race and gender as i'm sure cops will not reliably use non lethal force for everyone. also depends on country, state, area u live in, etc. i also imagine it would be painful
