Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

For some reason, benzo are such a taboo topic for the doctors here in Sweden. I suppose due to the potential of it being addictive. They have never suggested it to me when it comes to panic attacks, insomnia, depression etc.

Is there anything that can substitute benzos in SN protocol? Or is it a must?

I have access to Quetiapine (Seroquel), Mirtazapin, Alimemazine (Theralen), Promethazine (Lergigan), Propiomazine (Propavan), and can potentially get my hands on Zopiclone (Imovan) soon. So yeah, mostly antihistamines, some sedative antidepressants and soon a Z-drug. 😔

Will any of these work? Will they be as strong as benzos? I know Z-drug works similar to benzos. 🤔

Thanks in advance for any tips and advice! 😊
