Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I'm really in a panic and about to do it impulsively I have ccs and IC. I have this problem walking for years and nobody seems to be able to help me with it Physical Therapy doesn't seem to be helping and I don't know what to do. I'm afraid I'm going to do it impulsively
Don't do it. If you want to, that's fine, but plan it out so you don't add lasting damage to what you're already dealing with. And so you can leave in a better state of mind than what you're in right now.
It does work best with a few hours of fasting and preparing with some medication. But I thought you were sitting in a room with a big knife or something, not halfway ready with a solution. My bad.
Doing CTB by impulse is not a good idea in most cases as many things can go wrong. However some impulses must be given to overcome SI in the end should you finally decide to CTB. have you really tried everything? Do you have your method ready? SN needs about 12 -24h preparation incl fasting and taking other sorts of meds that will give you enough time to rethink your choice, SN isn't a method to be done impulsively in my opinion.

If you want to complete ctb successfully you will need to plan this carefully because if you anything impulsively you will mostly likely end up failing - I'm not saying that you will fail though…

Yeah- I agree with others here. I'm so sorry you are feeling under so much pressure and in distress to do it but SN seems to work best when the protocols are followed. Including fasting and taking anti-emetics. I think some people have succeeded but most failures seem to be down to people not following the protocol. I just think- with SN being harder to get ahold of now- it's probably best to give it the best chance of working first time. Plus- mentally as well, I would think it would be better to be in a calmer state (if possible.) I'm sorry for how distressed you must be feeling though. Your situation sounds really frightening.
That sounds so horrible what you are going through and of course it's really understandable wishing to finally be free from all the suffering as existing certainly is so torturous, I hope that you eventually find freedom from your torment.
