stat dose vs ahead regimen with metoclopramide for drug cocktail

I want to use metoclopramide for drug cocktail which is: phenobarbital 15 gram, clonazepam 60mg, valium 500mg all in powder form in alcohol (0.5 litter beer with 8% alcohol), but I cannot get information which is stronger or which reduces chance more of vomiting stat dose or ahead regimen and what doses and what time? can you give me info?



anyway I must say, this researchs sucks, they don't give you eneogh numbers to decide what to do, and they advice you how to kill yourself, this is awful.

It would be safer to follow the regimen. You don't want to take the chance of only taking the stat dose and throwing up. This person only took the stat dose and they ended up throwing up: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/im-still-alive.15048/

As for the regimen, the PPeH says to take 1 x 10mg 3 times per day, every 8 hours for 48-hrs before ingesting N.

what you think for 48 jour regimen 20mg every 8 hour will be more effective, or maybe at least it will be not less efeective then 10mg right?
this regimen is for any drug cocktail or for N only?

It wasn't mentioned for N specifically. I can't say if it would be more effective or not because of how these drugs can interact with each other and a lot of people experience side effects from the anti-emetics, like EPS. I wouldn't chance it by taking a higher dose.

I also did a stat dose with Butanediol and I threw up as well.

I'll definitely follow the 48-hr regimen, when the time comes.
