In the Stan's Guide it says

Make sure you are seated or horizontal on bed or couch.
Does it have to be leaning on your back in sort of a seated position or can you lie down on the bed? Why is it mentioned, does it matter?

Pain killers such as ibuprofen, can you take more than 600mg? like 1000mg maybe? or it just increases the chance to vomit?

benzodiazepines such as dieazepam or lorazepam, are they are only two that can be used with SN or maybe something like xanax or midazolam might work? what would be the ideal dosage? I feel like 500mg of diazepam or 250mg lorazepam would work too fast and I might fall asleep? Would it be okay to do a benzo trial to see how long it takes to fall asleep with a smaller dosage? What would be the ideal trial dosage for benzos to check how long it takes to fall asleep?

Horizontal is laying down. Not sure why it's being presented in this matter. I agree it's a bit confusing if it does say this that you can be seated (upright - vertical) or laying down (horizontal). Weird.

Ibuprofen 800s are 800mg and are frequently prescribed. I've taken them and never had a feeling of nausea from them. I'm sure a couple hundred mg more wouldn't make any difference in that. Of course, it may an individual thing, so YMMV.

Sorry, really can't help on this one. Although, I see no real reason why a "benzo trial" would be detrimental to you.
