Spending new years alone

Anyone else spending New Year's Eve alone? I have to work New Year's Eve but I get off a few hours before midnight. I don't have any plans though. I am going through a breakup with the only person I ever hung out with, and don't have any friends to ask to spend time with me. Just going to stay home and watch movies or something. Anyone else kind of bummed out about new years? I don't usually have the FOMO but for some reason I'm feeling it pretty hard right now. I miss making memories with people and enjoying life. Now I'm just miserable most of the time. I don't blame people for not wanting to make plans with me.

Same, it sucks to spend holidays like Halloween or New Year's alone constantly

My plan is to get a bottle of wine and drink it alone. Sort of sad, but it will ease the overall sorrow of the evening.
