Some dummy questions about The Nitrogenexit from Greenberg

Hello so I have calmed down and I now know which method fits me, so I looked at Greenbers blog and still have some questions and want to be sure that it works as I plan it.
To be sure, if I got it right then all I need is a Non Rebreather Mask, a Nitrogen Flow Regulator and a Nitrogen Regulator?

My first question is if there is some guide on how exactly to connect the Nitrogen Regulator to the cylinder?
I don't want to break anything so is there anything I have to worry about by connecting it?
Then how can I see which LPM is set?

Now for the mask, how exactly do I connect it to the Regulator correctly?
How can I put the mask on so that I am sure it is tight and no air goes through it?
How exactly do I have to breath in it and how does it feel? Should I just hold my breath until I put it on and start the cylinger and breath like normal?
And the most importantly, what Kind of non rebreather mask do I need? There are many variations.

How can I start the process? What exactly do I have to do to let all the gas flow from the cylinder?



So this was all on how to do the things when I have the equipment, but how can I even get it in germany?
Ontwo popular sites I can't find whether they ship to germany (I don't know if I am allowed to mention them in a post).
For the Cylinder I found a site in germany, but I don't know if it ships without a certificate.



Now information to be totally safe, how much time do I need for it to kill me surely?
Can I do it while lying in a bed or only in a chair? I don't want that the mask slips away or whatever but I would prefer a bed.
How exactly will it feel? Will I just go unconcious and die after some time? I am scared that if I feel weird that my SI kicks in.
And very importantly, how much liters equals how many minutes of being able to breath it in (so how much do I need for how many attemps if something fails)?



Greenberg is busy right now so he currectly can't anser me and so I thought I will post it here also.
One person answered me that I should read pph but I would prefer it if someone could give me the exact answers to my questions, especially where I can buy the things.

How can I start the process?

First step is always getting a Nitrogen cylinder (5L 200bar is the most balanced size). Germany has very good gas suppliers that ship directly to your house with no questions asked.​

I don't recommend Non-ReBreather masks. Even tho they are plausible to CTB and likely to work, they are not explicitly designed to protect you from the external air and can cause issues. This happened in the Dignitas study where 1 subject took an excessive amount of time to die (40mins) due to issues with the mask's fit/placement in the face (she had Air leaking into the mask).

My recommendation is SCBA or EEBD hood.
My setup is a top-notch high-end SCBA equipment connected to a Nitrogen cylinder using an air-to-nitrogen adapter.
BTW Greenberg's setup is no longer the NRB, his current setup is also SCBA, not the same type as me tho, mine uses a top-notch firefighting mask (firefighter SCBA) and his uses an anesthesia mask (medical SCBA).

Reading the inert gas chapter on the PPeH and PPH Essentials is mandatory for novices. A lot of your questions on this thread are answered there.

I meant on how exactly I could connect everything, prehaps that is listed in the pph?

I don't recommend Non-ReBreather masks.

The problem is I have claustrophobia and I would be scared to put something all over my face, even only over my mouth and nose is scary but I could manage that.
Is the only guaranteed way to do it with an over the head mask?

I have extreme claustrophobia also, never take elevators or airplanes, but putting on the large EEBD hood is no problem for me
