A lot of us feel the same. Unfortunately I think it is up to us to end our own suffering. At some point some people are able to overcome SI.
Overcoming SI seems impossible for now I really hope it changes very very very soon.

I certainly understand that it's dreadful feeling so trapped in this existence when you just wish to be gone. It really should be much more straightforward to cease existing on our own terms, I find it so awful how it's this difficult to die. But anyway best wishes.Similar threads
