I think that if you follow the protocol layed out in Stans guide and the PPH and are not found before you die it is.

If you take enough and keep it down long enough, if you are not found for hours, it seems to be from what I have read here. However I am not a doctor, I don't know if any of us are doctors here, overall I could not provide any kind of guarantee.
