Sn without benzoes

I will not be using benzoes for my sn protocol. I will only be using sn. Are there threads where others did only sn or sn without benzoes? Do we have them compiled somewhere? I'm trying to slog through goodbye threads to find any but it's tedious.

The only thing needed is SN on its own, the Benzos are meant to help with palpitations and also make you unconscious while the SN makes effect.

I once went through the threads but didn't take notes, a fair amount seems to have succeeded without benzos.
